I wanted to be a team leader from the starting of my career, hence I was looking for this opportunity. I am thankful to my team leader and manager who had guided and mentored me to know what are the roles and responsibilities of a Team Leader . I am extremely happy regarding my promotion as I am associated with Vibrant for last 3 years. I started my career at Vibrant in 2019 as an executive in operations. I had an interest in MIS and hence I had learnt how to make reports and do analysis , skill development is a great program in Vibrant . With this opportunity coming from Vibrant Team I grabbed it and was able to make it . Thanks Vibrant for giving me an opportunity to pursue my interest of work and I am learning lot of new things in MIS team and will definitely prove myself to be the best.

I always wanted to be a Trainer and Call Quality Auditor, as I love to mentor and groom people . I got an opportunity to be a trainer hence I planned how I should train my batch , and use all my experiences and knowledge. I feel so proud and happy that my batch got 100% certified in the 1st attempt by the client team and my supervisors and client had appreciated my efforts regarding the same. With this motivation , I continue to perform implementing new things which are also showing positive results.
